Timelines vary depending on the size and scope of your project. As a general guide, smaller projects under $50,000 typically take between two weeks and one month. Projects around $100,000 usually take one to three months, while larger renovations in the $500,000 range can take anywhere from three to nine months.

Not always. We’re mindful that this is your home, and we do our best to minimize disruption by keeping the site clean and organized at the end of each workday. For larger or more involved renovations, there may be times when temporary accommodations make the process easier and safer—but we’ll always talk this through with you ahead of time.

Yes. We’ll start with a meeting to talk through the scope of work, your budget, and timeline. From there, we’ll schedule a second meeting to review your estimate, answer any questions, and make revisions as needed.

Your dedicated project manager takes care of any changes or unexpected issues through a simple change order. You review and approve it, and payment is collected before we move forward, so there are no surprises. For larger projects, we also meet weekly (or bi-weekly) to check progress, answer your questions, and make sure everything is running smoothly.
