Operations Manager
Carmela manages our back-office operations, overseeing administration, scheduling, finances, and marketing. From systems and processes to our website and client communications, she keeps everything organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Phil
Lead Carpenter
Our lead carpenter, Phil, sets the standard on site. From structural work to fine finishes, he takes ownership of the carpentry so everything fits, functions, and looks exactly as it should.

Lead Drywall & Paint
In a notoriously messy trade, Raj and his team are known as the cleanest drywallers in the Fraser Valley. By taking care of both drywall and paint, they own the finish from start to flawless.

Our handyman, Lee, fills the gaps between trades, handling the small but critical tasks that keep the project moving forward and prevent delays.

Opie is the heart of FixItForYou Contracting. While she’s not swinging a hammer, she’s always nearby — keeping spirits high and reminding us why care, patience, and consistency matter in every home we work in.
As a dog herself, Opie keeps us especially mindful of homeowners with pets. She represents our commitment to maintaining safe work zones, secure entry points, and calm, controlled job sites — ensuring pets, families, and trades are protected throughout the renovation process.
